1. Sözleşmenin kabulü 1. Acceptance of these terms
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ve Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Gallery Clusters mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler ve sizinle Uygulama'nın geliştiricisi ("biz") arasında akdedilir. Uygulama'yı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Sözleşme'yi kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulama'yı kullanmayın. These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Gallery Clusters mobile application (the "App") and are entered into between you and the developer of the App ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Lisans 2. License
Bu Sözleşme'ye uymanız koşuluyla size Uygulama'yı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, Apple App Store ve Google Play kullanım kurallarının izin verdiği şekilde kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişiye özel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the Apple App Store and Google Play usage rules. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

Details about advertising and basic usage statistics are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Premium abonelik 4. Premium subscription
Premium abonelik, tüm galerinin taranması, reklamsız kullanım, ek kategoriler (ekran görüntüleri, bulanık fotoğraflar) ve genişletilmiş temizleme gibi özellikleri açar. Abonelik iki seçenekle sunulur: The Premium subscription unlocks features such as full-gallery scanning, an ad-free experience, additional categories (screenshots, blurry photos) and expanded cleanup. It is offered in two options:
- Premium Aylık — 1 aylık dönem, her ay yenilenir. Premium Monthly — a 1-month period, renewing each month.
- Premium Yıllık — 1 yıllık dönem, her yıl yenilenir. Premium Yearly — a 1-year period, renewing each year.
Güncel fiyat, süre ve varsa indirim veya deneme koşulları satın alma ekranında, onaylamadan önce açıkça gösterilir. Fiyatlar bulunduğunuz ülkeye ve mağazanın yerel fiyatlandırmasına göre değişir. The current price, duration and any discount or trial terms are shown clearly on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices vary by country and by the store's local pricing.
5. Ödeme, otomatik yenileme ve süre 5. Payment, auto-renewal and term
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece aynı süre ve güncel fiyat üzerinden kendiliğinden yenilenir. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. The renewal charge is taken from your account within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Aboneliği yönetmek ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatmak için satın alma sonrası mağaza hesap ayarlarınıza gidin (iOS: Ayarlar › Apple Kimliği › Abonelikler; Android: Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler). To manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal, go to your store account settings after purchase (iOS: Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions).
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı (mağaza kuralları gereği) ücretli bir aboneliğe geçildiğinde geçer olur. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where store rules require this.
6. İptal ve para iadesi 6. Cancellation and refunds
Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur ve o döneme kadar Premium erişiminiz devam eder. Dönem ortasında yapılan iptallerde kısmi iade yapılmaz. You can cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your Premium access continues until then. Mid-period cancellations are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We may change the subscription price. An increase that affects your renewal price will be notified in advance as required by store rules, and your consent will be requested where required; if you do not consent, the subscription ends without renewing at the end of the current period.
8. Uygulama içi krediler 8. In-app credits
Uygulama, fotoğraf silme gibi işlemler için kullanılan bir kredi sistemi içerebilir. Krediler yalnızca Uygulama içinde kullanım içindir; nakit değeri yoktur, devredilemez, geri ödenmez ve hesabınız veya Uygulama kapandığında sona erer. Kredi bakiyelerini, maliyetlerini ve veriliş koşullarını önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirebiliriz. The App may include a credit system used for actions such as deleting photos. Credits are for use within the App only; they have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire when your account or the App is discontinued. We may change credit balances, their costs and how they are granted without prior notice.
9. Kabul edilebilir kullanım 9. Acceptable use
Uygulama'yı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmamayı; tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi veya türev çalışmalar oluşturmamayı (yürürlükteki hukukun açıkça izin verdiği hâller hariç); ve Uygulama'nın veya bağlı hizmetlerin çalışmasına müdahale etmemeyi kabul edersiniz. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; not to reverse engineer, copy, modify or create derivative works of it (except where applicable law expressly permits); and not to interfere with the operation of the App or connected services.
10. Fikri mülkiyet 10. Intellectual property
Uygulama ve içindeki tüm yazılım, tasarım, metin ve grafikler bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Analiz ettiğiniz fotoğraflar sizin kalır. The App and all software, design, text and graphics in it belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The photos you analyze remain yours.
11. Garanti reddi 11. Disclaimer of warranties
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına ya da benzer/yinelenen fotoğraf tespitinin her zaman doğru olacağına dair açık veya zımni bir garanti vermiyoruz. Fotoğraf silme işlemleri kalıcıdır; silmeden önce seçiminizi gözden geçirmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that similar or duplicate photo detection will always be accurate. Photo deletions are permanent; it is your responsibility to review your selection before deleting.
12. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması 12. Limitation of liability
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, veri veya fotoğraf kaybı dâhil dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Doğrudan zararlara ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ayda Uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkeler bu sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu hâllerde kanuni haklarınız saklıdır. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or photos. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases your statutory rights are unaffected.
13. App Store ve Google Play koşulları 13. App Store and Google Play terms
Bu Sözleşme sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple veya Google taraf değildir. Apple ve Google, Uygulama'dan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve herhangi bir bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulama'nın yürürlükteki hukuka veya bir üçüncü kişinin haklarına uygunluğuna ilişkin herhangi bir talep bize yöneltilir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri, bu Sözleşme'nin lehine hüküm doğuran üçüncü kişi yararlanıcılarıdır ve Sözleşme'yi size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir. Uygulama'yı, App Store ve Google Play kullanım kurallarına uygun kullanacağınızı taahhüt edersiniz. This Agreement is between you and us; Apple and Google are not parties to it. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable law or infringes a third party's rights is directed to us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. You represent that you will use the App in compliance with the App Store and Google Play usage rules.
14. Fesih 14. Termination
Bu Sözleşme'yi esaslı şekilde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı sona erdirebiliriz. Uygulama'yı cihazınızdan silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Fesihten sonra da niteliği gereği geçerli kalması gereken hükümler (ör. 10–12. maddeler) yürürlükte kalır. We may terminate your license if you materially breach this Agreement. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. sections 10–12) remain in effect.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk 15. Governing law
Bu Sözleşme, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bir tüketici olarak, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
16. Değişiklikler ve iletişim 16. Changes and contact
Bu Sözleşme güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikler makul şekilde bildirilir.
