Fotoğraf Kitaplığı Erişimi Photo Library Access

Gallery Clusters, temel işlevi benzer ve yinelenen fotoğrafları tespit ederek galeriyi düzenlemek olan bir uygulamadır. Bu nedenle uygulamanın fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişmesi gerekir. Gallery Clusters requires access to your photo library to perform its core functionality: detecting similar and duplicate photos, organizing your gallery, and helping you free up storage space.

The app's only purpose is to find similar photos in your gallery and suggest the best frame. To do that, we ask for access to your photo library. Your photos, their thumbnails and the analysis results are processed and stored on your device only; none of it is ever sent, uploaded or backed up to us or to third parties.

Only three numbers are kept: an "eyes open" probability, a "smiling" probability (both averaged, between 0 and 1) and how many faces were in the frame. The detection itself is transient; the image data is discarded from memory as soon as it finishes.

When you open a photo, the app uses Google ML Kit's on-device image labelling to produce general tags about its content (for example "cat", "indoor"). If your device supports it, a one-sentence description may also be generated from those tags, using Gemini Nano on Android and Apple Foundation Models on iOS.

Your photo and its labels are never sent to a server; if the device has no suitable model, no description is generated and only the raw labels are shown. The visual model used for similarity (MediaPipe) likewise runs entirely on device.

6. Fotoğraf silme 6. Deleting photos

For the photos you mark, the operating system's own confirmation dialog is shown; nothing is deleted without your approval. Deleted photos go to your system's "Recently Deleted" album first, according to the platform's own rules, and can be restored from there.

The events collected are limited to: app open; scan started (with the selected scan range); scan completed (number of groups and photos found); review session completed (review flow, mode and number of photos deleted). Alongside these, standard technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, language/country and a randomly generated app-instance identifier is processed.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta yasal olarak gereken reklam onay formunu göstermek ve tercihinizi saklamak için. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — to display the ad consent form legally required in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and to store your choice.

EU and UK: a consent screen is shown on first launch. You can refuse personalised ads; the app continues to work fully either way.

• Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar bölümünden reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz. Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID entirely in Settings → Google → Ads.
• Fotoğraf erişimi: uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Veri ve Gizlilik → "Fotoğraf erişimi" bağlantısından sistem ayarlarına giderek erişimi dilediğiniz zaman daraltabilir veya kaldırabilirsiniz. Photo access: from Settings → Data & Privacy → "Photo access" inside the app you can jump to system settings and narrow or revoke access at any time.

9. Verilerinizi silme 9. Deleting your data

From inside the app: Settings → Data & Privacy → "Reset analysis data" clears the scanned photo records and similar groups. To clear only the review marks, use "Reset reviewed photos". Both take effect immediately and leave your photos untouched.

This data is not held on our servers; it is retained by Google under its own retention periods. You can break the link to past records by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you send us a deletion request through our contact page with the subject "Data Deletion Request", we will process it within 30 days. Since we hold no account or email for you, we may need your advertising identifier in order to locate the right record.

Access to your photos is based solely on the consent you give, in order to provide the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Turkey's KVKK Art. 5(1)). Personalised advertising and analytics rely on the consent you give in the consent screen; if you do not consent, the app keeps working without restriction.

Fotoğraflarınız hiçbir zaman yurt dışına aktarılmaz, çünkü cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz. Advertising and analytics data, however, may be processed by Google on servers in countries including the United States; Google relies on mechanisms such as the EU standard contractual clauses for those transfers.

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), and in the EU the data protection authority of your country.

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve genel kitleye sunulur. 13 yaşın (bulunduğunuz ülkede daha yüksek bir yaş sınırı varsa o yaşın) altındaki kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark edersek ilgili veriyi sileriz. The app is not directed at children and is offered to a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 (or under the higher age threshold that may apply in your country). If we become aware of such a case, we delete the data concerned.
